Thanks for the imput. One thing I forgot to mention earlier is that I'm not a businessman and I have a full time career with no intention or plans of leaving anytime soon. Right now this gym would have to do nothing but break even for 15 years when I am scheduled to retire and then it would only have to supplement my governement retirement, but not by much. I'd really like to do this just to have a great place to lift with a good atmosphere so I can keep my bro and his buddies employed.
