Gym peeve

Just wanted to vent...

Is anyone else sick of watching half the gym of skinny or fat losers load up the leg press and then proceed to do partials (2 inches up...2 inches down). I'm in the gym yesterday and a TRAINER (yes, a trainer) has her FEMALE clients pressing as much as me (I'm 5'8'' tall, 210 pounds). I had 7 plates on and was doing heels to ass. These women get on with knee wraps and put their hands on their knees and are coming down only a few inches. These are fat saggy chicks. Their trainer is acting all proud like "wow, look how strong my client is".

I dying to challange one of these losers to do ONE HONEST REP. HEELS TO ASS.

Same for this one guy. Loads the wrack up completely (full on both sides and fills the top as well...nearly 1000 pounds). Then does these weak ass partials.

Drives me nuts...
 
fuck em...let them do what they want and u do what u want...if i it makes them feel good ..then let them..eventually they will come around and learn proper forma nd have 2 start all over again!
 
I saw some guy in the gym who lookeed like a test study case for bad steroid use he looked terrible but you could tell he was juicing. Anyways he puts 135 on the incline and then goes down about 8 inches and then does some more reps. The funny thing is that he thinks he's a bad ass
 
In my gym

There's this guy at my gym( this is no shit) who wraps his knes(over his sweatpants, mind you) to squat 315. This goofball wears a belt, gloves, elbow wraps for bench, and the other day I saw him use paper towels(over his gloves) to shrug dumbells.( like 75 lb) Fuck, I don't even use a belt on leg or back days anymore... It was just a crutch for me... I feel a lot stronger w/ out it.

Maybe he has bad knees....315 is still warming up for me but I wrap my knees as well...I'm not that old but they're not so great after all these years....you'll see for yourself.
