So long story short, I will be doing about 2.5 weeks of traveling and won't have access to a gym. I'm wondering if anyone out there has some advice regarding any excercises to do that will at least help be retain my current strengh as much as possible. I'm pretty new to the gym world (about 3 months now), and am starting to really see some gains (thanks in part to advice from this bored), and I really don't like the prospect of losing what I've worked so dilligenty to gain.
My plan was to do push-ups and some ab work in the am/pm ... and if I happen to find a pull-up bar i'll do some of those. A friend told me you can simulate dips by lying horizontally with your feet on a chair and your hands on another chair and then simulating the dip motion---so i might try that. But otherwise does anyone have any good excercises when a gym isn't handy?
Thanks.
