Gym karma.. returned ten fold.

I want to use machine xyz, ugly housewife is using it and sitting there between her sets. I ask nicely to work in.. she refuses. I ask again she accuses me of being on something. I tell her off.

She complains... I walk up and confront her while she is complaing.. tell my side.. gym employee sides with me say "signs are posted you WILL share equipment."...

I look at her, smile and say "rules are rules.. I guess next time.. you'll let me work in."

Oh the look on her face was priceless.. needless to say she left.

nice...but usually the "equipment" i use is not used by middle aged housewives, but each to their own.

Unfotunately we only have 2 leg extension machines.. which are part of not only my warm up .. but my finishing sets..

Most of the housetrash at my gym. make an entire leg workout out of that one machine.

LOL.. the manager wont even make eye contact with me anymore.. I told him if he let that fucking janitor run the vacuum during prime time again.. I would be the one to resolve the problem..

Stupid fucking janitor.. Im doing incline presses with 290lbs and she starts vacumming UNDER the fucking bench.. at 5pm.. I went fucking ballistic.

i had the same thing happen to me afew weeks ago
im in the rac doing suspended GM's nearing my last sets adn the guys are cleaning the windows and they just walk right ni front of me like nothings going on meanwhile i got 500 on my back..show a little f'in respect!!! i was so pissed i took very plate off and literallt just threw them on the floor..
