The ONLY equipment I have found to be worth the time is the Hammer system. Anything else is just you jerking off without changing hands.

well living in Norway hammer strenght machines are unheard of. basically because they require free weights to operate..and fre weights are a big no no over here..if u use free weights then you are a bodybuilder..and nobody wants to be that.
