How pissed would you be if you just paid your membership yesterday?

that sucks so bad bro. I just went to the gym and bitched to myself about a lot of people being there on machines. But i guess people like me shouldn't bitch since the gym was at least OPEN and they didnt close it on us like dicks for one day.

hope whatever problem gets fixed FAST and you can get in there asap bro

i went to the gym on friday and was told that they closed in 30 minutes. normal closing hours were not for another 2 hours, but was informed by the 100 pound, pimple faced geek that works there that they were closing early due to computer problems. i was fuckin pissed. still dont see what their computers have to do with the fuckin weight room.

Happend right here in MI. They were selling memberships the day before, next day doors locked gym closed. It was a Worlds Gym too!

Happened to me at a gym in Atlanta. The same guys opened a Gold's further north the next week. They were strongly encouraged to offer discounts at the new gym by the aurhorities.

If it's a small gym -- never pay in a big lump, always pay monthly. Call your city.

Call the newspaper. Call the city.

Unfortunately once they close -- they file for bankruptcy -- it becomes a waiting order in terms of creditors. Banks, lenders, employees, etc. line up for money first -- customers are near the end.

Get the city to put pressure on them to immediately hand out refunds. If they asked for yearly memberships knowing full well they MAY go out of business -- it might be considered fraud.

Monthly only -- never yearly. Remember this well.
