gym burnout

well i guess its bound to happen. you train people day in day out and dont make time for your own workouts.....and when the time comes to start putting your own workouts in, you are burnt out.

such is the case with me now. its official. im burnt out. i have no drive to get myself in and work out. to me, now, its another trip to the gym.

<sigh> thought i'd share.

the sad part is, i just got back from the USA's and should be full of piss and vinegar to train.

guess i need to set some goals on paper. write out a general template for training and even specify a time and date.

on a good note: i have a secret weapon to making my work outs fun again. more to come as the situation develops. ;)
 
Yeah, I figured you were burnt out...working ALL THE TIME really seems to wear you down. Early mornings, late nights...makes for a very tired Nate.

Hang in there Nate. . . . take some time off and spend some time swimming, biking, or other physical activity.

I have been burned out on numerous ocassions.

Where would you like to go from here?
 
I considered making it just you...so everyone could see the fear in your eyes...but then they wouldn't be able to see the death grip that you have on my shoulder!

Yep Been their

Take some time off.....And Do some competive, Fun activities like racket ball, basket ball, biking with a competive partner
It will get the juices flowing again, keep you in shape and give you a reason to get back into the Gym
