Gw dosing

So had a question regarding dosing of gw. I believe I read that the half life of gw is approx 8 hours. I also understand that the norm is to dose it twice a day at 10mg a dose (I.e. once in am and once before workout (assuming a pm workout that is)). Just like anything that is done around here wouldn't there be a benefit of breaking it up into 3 doses throughout the day which would then keep blood levels even throughout the day instead of up and down fluctuation? This way the effect on the lipid profile would be maximized (I am assuming) due to constant level of gw in the system?

Thoughts on this?

Also as a side note, my rats wanted to know if others experienced any physical indicators that the he was working (I.e. increased warmth, etc....) Without relying on just noticing the cardio benefits. They ask because they want to ensure they are getting the optimal dose and since every rat is different they wanted to ensure that there weren't indicators to look for to indicate right dosage because they notice a bump in cardio and seem to be leaning out a little but don't feel like they are raking anything (if that makes sense) because of lack of physical response to ingesting.

Stats on rats. 6'6" 260lbs approx 15% bf

I didn't notice anything unless I was working out. Increased cardio performance and surprising difference in the gym. I always do cardio at about 5:15am and did the full 20mg dose at about 4:30am. Weight workout at about 4:00pm and definitely noticed increased performance there. Cardio for fat loss was my main motivator though so I wanted to make sure I packed the biggest punch for my morning cardio session. In my prior GW cycle I dosed in the evening and found that dosing 45 min pre workout was better.
 
I found it best doing a full dose pre workout. 30-60min before.

Also I didn't see an improvement in blood lipids the first time I ran GW. I also didn't do any cardio during this cycle(Sarms1 triple stack, got leaner everyday and gained 7lbs, why would I need to do cardio? lol). The second time around I did have an improvement in heart rate, bp, cholesterol and trigyicerides but I made sure to do low-moderate stead state cardio almost daily. I believe the improvement in blood lipids here his from developing a better cardiovascualr system(which GW accelerates ten fold) and not just from having GW circulating in my system.

Dose however is easiest for you and just make sure you get in some aerobic activity.

I think that information is incorrect.Gw's half life is almost 24 hours.I think it is 23.8 or something( could be alittle off)

gw only needs to be dosed once a day. you can split it in two if you wish.Anything more would be a complete waste of time imo.
