I recently tried an injectable B12 that contained many of the same ingredients that kyno does. I think I narrowed it down to the Adenosine Mono Phosphate that was, in my case, problematic. It caused me to have a premature heart-beat. It felt as if my heart was stalling and building pressure before the it would beat. I would say be cautious if you do use it. My best suggestion would be not to. If you must, try .5 CC to start with. Good Luck.
