In inches, not pant size? I have blown up to a 35" waist- I feel like a big fat cow! I want to get back down to 32-33".

Same here. I wear 32-34 pants but my waist is 34-35 depending on alcohol consumption and other unknown factors(pizza that aliens cram down my throat on the weekends). I like to call my abs my "AB", since all I can see is like one big ab. "gotta go work out my ab!" hehe.
