I weigh 265 6*1 age of 19 trying to get back in shape... i have just started working out again im currently drinking 4 protein shakes dieiting strictly Drinking a gallon of water each day and cardio early in the moring before work when i wake up for 45 min the some weight trainning am i doing as i should or if i can do something to better things for my self please some advice would be great.
