Guys some advice please

I weigh 265 6*1 age of 19 trying to get back in shape... i have just started working out again im currently drinking 4 protein shakes dieiting strictly Drinking a gallon of water each day and cardio early in the moring before work when i wake up for 45 min the some weight trainning am i doing as i should or if i can do something to better things for my self please some advice would be great.
 
I want to lose about 50 punds within 2 months or less if possible and i want some muscle mass being ripped or just ripped at any weight would be sweet if possible
 
in order for your body to NOT convert your protein into glucose, I would advice you to not just mix th protein with water, add some fiber, essential fats like extra virgin olive oil, in other words more of a lower calorie(150-250 calories) meal replacement.

1 teaspoon of sugar free Metamucil (buy a cheap store brand eqv.)
half TB. olive oil
or eat a few peanuts or almonds with the shake

3 weight training sessions a week is fine, and 3-5 cardio sessions would be good too.
 
50 pounds in 60 days is not a sensible target. It's possible but wouldn't be healthy and you'd lose a lot of muscle in the process. A 20 pound loss would be aggressive but feasible.

Can someone move this to the diet forum, please? You're too young and too inexperienced for this to be in the juicer forum.
