I am at this competition wieghed in at 170 but that was after a day and a half of carbing up so the lowest I got was 164, but off esason I try and not go over about 15 lbs of competeting wieght. I am 5'5 and right now about 180 since i ate like shit for the past few days, I plan on competeing in many events nexct year more NPC and such..thanks for the suppoort guys
