guys need help simple problem

Has anyone had this problem i have 18 amps of Test. Enathate made by Schering the problem is the oil solution will not come down from the neck of the vial its stuck up there it wont come down no matter which way u tilt it any suggestions maybe heat it in warm water to loosen oil will this damage the test????

Shake it, just take it in your hand a kinda just snap your wrist a few times, that will get it out of the top.
