FAT AND SUGAR FREE PUDDING MIX
'only 8g of carbs serving.
i bought 2 boxes of this stuff. it makes 6 servings per packet, so i tried to make 2 boxes for 12 serings, came up short only made 11 servings =]
These things taste amazing.
Mix 2 packets(12 servings) into a bowl with 6 cups of NON FAT MILK
Then i added (double chocolate) protein powder made by ON. 5 Scoops at 24g of protein a scoop
By the end of this, let chill in fridge, when it was done these are about the ratios
123 cals.
12g carbs
15g protein
Most the carbs come from MILK, and Dairy is shown that the calcium lowers Belly fat.
these taste great guys. I recommend this for anyone not on a strict strict cutter who can deal with the 12g of carbs. But 15g of protein is preety decent for me for a scan. i would have 2 for a meal =]
