Guys i need some advice or encouragement

guys this is my 1st cycle. this is the end of my 10th day. I feel really fatigued and havent slept well the past 2 days. Im taking 75 mg EOD of fina for the 1st 3 weeks then last 3 weeks 75 mg ED. the 1st week i felt really good in the gym and looked a lot leaner but now i dont know if its just mental or what but i feel kinda fat and dont feel big. Im 275 lbs and have gained 4 lbs over the cycle even with strict dieting but today in the gym i felt really tired. Im taking in about 3500 cals a day, 350 + grams of protein, and moderate carbs. I also started taking ALA today. could i be over-traing?? today was my 5th day in a row in the gym and i have worked out 9 days out of the past 10. i just wanna start seeing better results and i cant understand why this week i dont feel as cut as last week. Im confused. any advice on diet or anything else that you might understand. has anyone ever felt like this before on a cycle?? Thanks for your help....Get Big
 
How much Ala did you start taking?
How's your sleep?
Try to get at least 8 hours ED.
Maybe try some caffeine to get you going.
 
took 8 mg of ALA today....1st time to ever try it...sleep hasnt been good this week. i have a lot of tests in school and have been trying to do well...a lot on my mind...was getting 8 hours ED last week and an hour nap. Yah caffeine might help...thanks...
 
Yea, that program that strong man gave you was def. overtraining. I tried to tell you it was too much...there is no way you should be lifting more than 4 days a week(you can pull off 5 if one is just a small muscle group...but even then its rough). The fina will keep you up a lot of times, you have to try and eat something(that normally make me tired) at night and hope you can sleep. Another thing to do is workout later in the day, after your workout sleep then. You want to be getting at least 8 hours ED just like canuck said(you dont grow in the gym...you grow when you rest). So far your progress has been very good, with a change in your split and maybe a little ECA to get you going in the morning and you should be fine.
 
???? 8mg of ALA?? What? R-ALA or the old stuff? Or do you mean 800mg ALA?
Also if you’re dosing ALA prior to your workouts then the fatigue is probably due to feeling hypo so sip on a Gatorade with added dextrose.
But you shouldn’t be dosing ALA prior to workouts anyway, my $.02.
I agree 5days a week max, 4 days are best.
Also fina is best run @ 75mg/ed but I don’t know your past experience, fina also can cause shitty sleeps and the sweats so you might need to look into other things to calm that down if it’s not the ALA.

:) Thanks guys i feel much better today. I slept well last night and found out i did good on all my tests this week in school. Sorry but i meant to say im taking 800 to 1000 mg of ALA per day. I got up this morning and ate a good breakfast and i feel 100% better and looked good in the mirror today. i appreciate the support from all of you, especially you Greek Freak. Im about to go eat a steak and take nap. Thanks again. karma for everyone!!
 
I have always heard that stress can definitely hamper your results. The anticipation of the tests could be contributing to your fatigue.... I may be totally off base, but I've heard it more than once....
