Guys I have ? about D-bol

Here goes. If the half life of D-bol is 4.5 hours would it make more sence to take it before going to the gym. What benifit would one get from speading out the doses during the day. Does D-bol do something even though your not working out like say Clen does? Thanks guys for you explaining this to me.

You are correct about the tons of info however i have not run across the answer to this question during my quest through the searches. If someone doesnt mind taking 5 min out of their busy day to answer my question it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The idea is to keep the blood level consistent and stable. I will give you an example of how I take my dbol. I was taking 35 mg a day. I make sure that I drop a pill (each pill is 5mg) every 4 hours to keep the blood levels stable. It is constantly active in your body this way. My personal preference is to take 2 pills 30 minutes prior to my workout. You will feel a pump when you take them, along with sweating and everything else that comes along with it! I would suggest even taking one in the middle of the night when you wake up to piss. Hope this helps.
