im on test-deca-d-bol wk 4 and wanted to improve my eating big time ...i cant go with the crazy recipes becuase of the cost this is what ive been eating please tell me what to add..
7:00 a.m raisan bran ,protienshake,multi,creatine,glutamine
water constantly
10:00 a.m turkey wheat bread sandwich
12:00 p.m some type of sub,turkey-tuna-ham etc.
3:00 p.m tuna wheat bread ,low fat yogurt
5:00 p.m some type of meat with rice and beans protienshake
7:00 p.m go to gym... after gym have protien shake creatine and banana
9:30 glutamine with water
can someone help me fix this to help with my gains please ?
