Guys/Gals I'm a long time reader

I recently purchased a Pro-horomone made by BSN it's called 1-T-AQ.I have subscribed to be a platinum memebr but I havent seen this supp. refered to. I also got a knockoff N02 called Nitric Suspension.

My age is 22 I've been working out hard the past 4 years. I am at 17%BF(according to the Hawc) and I weight 193.

What I want to know is any pros-cons of 1-T-AQ and if it's a good pro to have. Im a rookie at stacking so I chose to only use 1 Pro until I got used to it so here is my current stack tell me if it's good or bad.

Nitric Suspension (4 on empty,4 Before 1 in the afternoon),1-T-AQ(2 On Empty,2 at 1 in the afternoon and 2 more at 6),GNC Iron-Man(multi-1 in the morning after breakfast and 1 after lunch),GNC CLA(After Lunch),GNC Creatine(I drink it with grape juice before and after workout),GNC Thermoburst(Before workout only),GNC Whey Protein after workout only....

My Diet consist of 2 cans of chicken at 75 gr of protein a can and 2 cans of tuna at 32.5 per can. Then I also have a bowl of mixed veggies.For Breakfast I usually have a PB&J sandwhich or a scrambled egg whites and bacon sandwhich. Thats over 215 gr of protein at least. Is that good? I also make a protein concoction I poor 4 egg whites in my mug with 2 scoops of protein(20 gr a sccop) add a little warm water and shake it up and drink it.

The Look Im going for is that LL Cool J type of look.

I do Cardio 4 times a week I run outside 2.5miles on T&Th and on W&Su I do 4.5 miles.

I go to the gym 4 times a week

Tues: 4 hrs after cardio

Biceps & Upper/Lower back(curls,preacher curls,curls with pulley,seated rows,reverse situps,i use the back machine)
all exercises are done in sets of 6 from highest weight down to the lowest.

Wed:4 hrs after cardio

I do Chest(Flat bench,Incline,Vertical,flys,Weighted Dips,pushups,these things where i lay down and take to dumbells and press them up,this machine where i spread my arms wide then inside again).
All exercise are done in sets of 6 from highest weight down to lowest.

Thurs:4 hrs after cardio

I do triceps and abs (Pulldowns with rope,pushbacks with dumbell,pulldowns on knees,reverse pushups,dips,leg lifts,leg lifts laying down,crunches,side crunches)
All exercises are done in sets of 5 from highes weight or highest known rep.


Friday:
Legs(squats,leg curls,leg presses,leg extension,hacks,and these things where i knell down and pick up to dumbells)

The most painfull of all.I do 10 sets of squats,hacks,and I do 10 sets of leg presses with my feet at diffrent angles and I also finish off by taking some weight off and doing 1 leg at a time. I would do cardio the next morning but my legs hurt so much the next morning I cant do it lol.


I train hard and don't loligag around so my question is what can I expect the 1-T-AQ to do along side of the other thing's Im taking. Is there something I'm missing or am I taking to much. Please help me out guys/gals.

Tell me if this can help me realize my goal and put me in the best shape of my life. And also allow me to become a dancer.(They gets paid lol)

Sorry to say this, but Cool J has always been like that.......from the beginning.

Alot of his look is genetics, and even if you train your ass off, you might not have that look.

I realize that it's your goal, but just realize that you might never reach that look.

Well thats the overall goal.But what I really want to do is just get in really good dancer shape. Cut 6 pack.Nice bi-tris.Good definition.

LL cool J was always quite big but when he bought out that video with him dancing in the water, it was obvious he'd started taking BBing a lot more seriously. If anything he was smaller in size but a lot more defined, he must have been carrying a fair bit of fat before, first thought that popped into my head was that he'd gone on gear, but it could be genetics.

That isnt a bad look to aim for tho bro, but like div said, you may not be have the genes.

Its good to have goals though!

I don't want to disappoint you, but I find it very unlikely that you'll reach these goals with just a prohormone and shitty supplements like creatine. You need steroids bro. Unless you have incredible one-in-a-million genetics.

you are a crackhead if you think a 6 pack and nice bi's tri'sis "one-in-a-million genetics", more like 1 in 4 genetics. It is called diet and training.

Agree with Eviction on this, looking like LL may be down to genetics but just getting nice Bis/tris and abs is about 12 months of hard training and good diet without gear!

Personally, before i got on the gear, i used creatine for 3 months and experienced good strength and weight gain. Nearly 14 lbs in the 12 weeks. Mind you this was when i was a lot smaller so it was gains wating to happen, the creatine sped it up a bit. I expect the closer and closer you get to your Genetic limit, the less creatine will work.

Id give that a try for 3 months before trying the juice!
 
I can't juice as I'm in the military.The prohoromone is actually pushing it as I have seen know lit on it but It may become illegal for us to use soon. So I have to stay with shitty supps. LOL Im not in bad shape now and my father used to compete in various events so the genetics are at least there from one side. But Like I say my main goal is to get in great shape for a dance Im goin to hit they stage and shake it lol. To much money to be made imo.

I'm not sure 1 in 4 men can look as good as this http://www.funkystars.com/ll-cool-j/17.htm or this http://movies.yahoo.com/shop?d=hv&id=1808406133&cf=pg&photoid=488121 without even a light steroid usage and I think that in fact many people who've used steroids don't look like this. But I may be wrong. Maybe all the people I've met have bad genetics or aren't devoted to training and diet as much as they should. In any case, you don't have to call me a 'crackhead' if you just happen to disagree with me.
 
Cheers for digging those photos out greekgod, the thing is LL isnt freakishly big in those pics, hes just in good shape. I reckon most people could get to that stage without gear just with dedication good diet and training.

If it was some kid saying, "i want to look like Jay Cutler, what gear should i take?" Then telling him that he will never look like that without freak genes is fair enuff. But LLs body should be attainable by most.

I have never heard of those brands... I only buy HM Gear and ALR Industries prohormones.

I know a guy that has a better physique than LL Cool J and he has never juiced.
