I was thinking about trying my first cycle. I already bought everything from a local guy at the gym. He suggested I start with a mild dosage and build up to full dose by week 5. I am planning on running 1500mg p/week of Sustanon for the first 3 weeks, then bump it up to 2000mg p/week. I don't have money for PCT because I'm broke, but I figure if I only do 7 weeks instead of 8, it won't shut me down too bad.
Oh, shoot. Stats, sorry. I'm 5'7, 135lbs, I've never really worked out per se, but I drive past a gym everyday on the way to school. The front of that gym is basically a big window, so if I'm stopped at the red-light, I can see several people in there lifting, so I have a pretty good idea of what to do when I am ready to join.
My goal is to put on between 50-75lbs of solid lean muscle (no water weight) within the 7 weeks I'm on. I really want to make Varsity football next year, as I was almost the first Sophomore to make it this year. Also, one quick question because I'm new to this. I got these little vials of liquid for the sustanon. I figured I could just mix them in with a protein drink instead of injecting them, since it all goes into your body anyway, right? I drink 7-12 protein drinks per day, so I can just spread the sustanon throughout the day. Can anyone give me any advice or suggestions?
