...but still get huge anyway. How does this happen? Every gym has one of these clowns that does every exercise with horrible form. They manage to work their quads while doing curls and their calves while doing lat rows. They train their chest 5 days a week and don't even seem to have an actual workout schedule. But yet they make some of the biggest freakin gains of anyone in the gym! How does this happen? Life isn't fair.
