So you're not going to answer the question because you know he has a point?

Were talking about responsibility, are we not?

Personally I think the question is ridiculous to be honest
You asked for a retroactive punishment for crimes 3 years ago when those crimes were not caught and arrested at the time when NOONE EXCEPT THE WORST CRIMES WERE BEING ARRESTED due to lack of facilities and walk outs of New Orleans Police officers...

The police did what they could with the resources they had at the time..

Yep, I remember that order for trailers.

Bush called the order in for trailers with extra formaldehyde!!!

People really think the President had something to do with that. How pathetic!

Are you really that idiotic??
I guess I have no other way of saying it

That's atleast the 3rd time you've done that
The president hasn't done this
The president has done that

Noone is saying GW built trailers excess w/formaldehyde
What is being said is that the safety and regulatory issues were dropped for increased production. If you're going to do that then you should atleast report what those safety concerns are.

And yet you're asking for retroactive punishment for non crimes that happened 3 years ago.

Like the police, FEMA did the best they could with the resources available at that time.

I noticed that too...

The trailer manufacturers who stepped-up production probably saved hundreds if not thousands of people from disease and exposure problems. They probably need medals more than they do lawsuits.

Point out where I asked for anyone in the Bush Administration face criminal charges. Infact due to the very nature of a class action , those are generally civil , yes???

I don't believe I've heard of a criminal class action suit, have you????

So people who allegedly made faulty trailers should be subject to civil action but people who engaged in criminal misappropriation of emergency funds should be immune... because the Bush administration hasn't had any criminal charges raised against it.

That's some seeeeeeriously flawed logic.

I'll do that if u point out where in my post you quoted above I mentioned Bush.

Bush sure does a lot as president. I didn't know the president was personally messing with things like trailers and levees... he must have too much time on his hands.

IMO the real problem is he has the most diverse cabinet in history and all this diversity is causing the problems. People just do not get along and this causes problems.

So, did the trailer manufacturers. So, what are you whining about?

They didn't deserve anything from the government in the first place. Yet they got shelter, food, debit cards, everything short of a gift certificate to the GAP. Still you sit back and complain that they weren't given white table cloth service and personal chauffers as well. The benefits they received not only from FEMA, but from the millions of dollars donated from hard working Americans like myself, simply didn't meet your standards. So you go trying to drum up support for a fucking class action so that they can get still MORE free cash & prizes???

You're a real piece of work.
