why dont we do or own case study lets find a few select bros to intake different amounts of protien to see if one gram per lean body weight or 2
while on a cycle are there any volunteers??????

with the protien being the only variable, highly unlikely you would keep everyting else constant unless your 2 subjects were monitored 24/7, same body type (say ectomorph), same diet, same gear, same sleep, etc.
