So I am at work behind closed doors in my office taking semi-naked pictures of myself with my digicam to put in my christmas cards. Ahh...assuming 70% is funded by the bank and 30% is funded through equity, it would be the amount that the investors would expect to get as a return for their investment. In this particular case, if we decided to go that route it would be around 20%.
