It's called ITB Syndrome. It doesn'thurt anymore I'm just paranoid that at any minute it'll give out.
I have to run two miles on Monday. I can usually do it in under 13 but I fear it'll just give way. If it doesn't, cool, but we run everywhere at Airborne school. 3.2 miles - 5 miles every morning not to mention the running from and to the training sites (in boots and uniform, not shorts and tennis shoes).
I'm freaking out
