It's a fact that the govt' experimented with LSD on soldiers. It's a fact that the CIA experimented with hallucinogens with an interest in developing peoplw who could kill w/o conscience. It's a fact that colleges experimented with hallucinogens on students. It's a fact that the gov't conducted the Tuskegee experiment for 40 years (where penicillin was withheld from black men with syphilis just to study the effects) and only stopped when they were exposed. It's pretty much a given the CIA was involved in cocaine trafficking during the Reagan Administration.

Given all that why isn't it at least theoretically possible that the gov't would use HIV or crack to keep the black man down? Maybe it's all a Democratic plot to get our votes....

Soldiers are PROPERTIES of the us government. The rest are citizens. Can't compare the two.

But hey if you wanna believe the 'us government' is keeping the blacks, hispanics, natives, gays, jews, cubans, asians, muslims, etc. *down* - everyone except those lucky white people - feel free.

I've been a 'property' of the USG and also worked with them in a professional capacity.

In fact, the USG hires WAY more blacks than any other corporate entity in this country!
