GRRRR!! Help Me!

Alright, I'm psyching myself out. I'm looking to do my next cycle, but I wish to reduce acne sides as much as possible. I know many of the tips and tricks for reducing acne symptoms. (BTW, I do not have access to prescription acne meds.)

*Test: Nothing makes me break out more. I thought of using a very low dose - now I think I may eliminate it.

*D-bol: Does not seem to hit my skin too hard - but I've never taken it by itself. Also, I've never taken ref-b.

*EQ: I've taken low dose, but with test. I hear mixed things regarding it's effect on acne prone users. However, it seems that it couldn't be worse than test.

*I will not use tren, primo, or var.

I think I'm going to do a simple EQ and d-bol (ref-b) cycle, keeping doses modest.

I need a push guys. What do you think?
 
I don't see anything wrong with that. By the way I'm currently doing 300mg EQ every Monday morning and Thursday afternoon. I have noticed some very slight acne at the lower back area but not much. It could be due to increased cardio and sweatiness there though. I'm not running any test right now. Just the EQ and 50mg Winny EOD. Currently into week 3.
 
How about IGF-1 Long R3 for 5 weeks with plenty of quality protein, glutamine peptides, and a good creatine supplement.

I'm 100% serious.

A lot of the acne is simply because of a fluctuation of hormone levels. You might consider trying to keep a consistent blood level of whatever hormone you are adding. Many people break out for the first couple of weeks, then it subsides as the levels balance out. :)

Well, consider this. When shooting omnas, I don't have the major break out untill 6 weeks or so in - but it comes and is very strong. By then, I've been through 6 weeks of very consistant and regular dosing.

Been pondering something like this myself.

Supposedly very good site growth from local injections too.

Have you tried IGF-1 R3? How did it work out for you?

If I had any idea where to get real IGF-1 Long R3, I would LOVE to try something like that. But unfortunately.........
 
Silent you could also try around week 3 taking 500mg-1g of Pantothenic Acid. Should help those outbreaks!

I just want to share this again as foar as supps go

(yes I am somewhat biased but still lol )


this combo is not to be underestimated

CREATINE + GLUTAMINE PEPTIDES + R-ALA + GOOD FOOD, including a good whey + SLEEP

= success............with these you could get much farther than without

as far as the extra components try
