Ive been using gear for about 4 years now with really good results. I still havnt found the best pct that allows me to retain the most amout of weight, but overall i am very happy with my result. my stats are 5'10", 195lbs 11%bf. I am throwing around the idea of using growth on my next cycle which i am very unfamiliar with. I have discussed it with some friends who have more familiarity than me, but i wanted the advice from the guys on this board. What is the proper dosage for a good cycle? I was told this so far...I need 3 months of growth, 10 weeks of test at 500mg and insulin to get the best results. Is that true? Any advice on dosage, instructions on when and where to inject and best brands would be awesome! Do you retain everything you gain with HGH? With juice i usually keep 50-75% of my gains, do you keep 100% with growth. Im sure some people are gonna jump my shit for not doing the proper research, but i dont really have the ability since my only internet access is at work.

You don't retain everything with growth, but you'll get better results from the same cycle by adding GH to it, and keep more gains if you keep using the GH after the steroids end. Run whatever bulker you prefer, but test is the best base with GH, and even better if you use some insulin along with the test/GH. To start with, most suggest around 4iu/day, divided into 2 shots, 2iu in the am, 2iu in the afternoon. You can go as low as 1-2iu/day but really 3-4iu/day is considered the minimum for good results and I tend to agree. I'd run the GH minimum 3 months, better 6 months. I'd probably start it a month before your cycle so you can adjust to any side effects you might get from the GH, run it the whole 3 months on cycle, then at least a month or two afterwards while PCT is taking place. Will give you better gains for the same amount of gear and help you keep them. Need anymore info PM me and you can email me.
 
Good advice Tux.

I'd be wary of using insulin, unless you are planning on competing. It is not something that should be done without a good understanding of how it works and the possible side effects. Apart from the AAs and GH, which can have nasty sides for some, insulin could kill you if you don't know what you are doing.

I'd add GH at 3 i.u.'s a day and see how it works for you. Save the insulin for another cycle, another day.
 
True, insulin works MUCH better when on GH and gear, however, GH and gear will work JUST fine without the slin. The slin is just an addition on top of the test/GH used to REALLY bulk up. Now that I think about your stats, forget the insulin, you don't need it unless you either plan to compete or just want to get REALLY damn big. GH gear will be fine for you. 3iu/day is good like monkeyarms said, I still suggest starting a little lower then tapering it up 1iu every 2 weeks to make sure sides don't develop. It would suck to be 2-3 weeks into a good cycle then have your joints start killing you from GH!
 
I appreciate the advice. I have been staying away from the insulin because of my lack of knowledge and fear of sides. I will just stick to the gear and GH. When doing the GH do i add it to a REGULAR full cycle? My plan was 500mg of enanthate and the GH, adding more stuff isnt what i want to do, but should it be done?...The guy i get it from throws in EQ with the test and the insulin and GH. Wouldnt that be overkill?
