Just want you guys opinion on which would be better. I'm wanting to add a some size and long lean muscle. I've been workin out for several years and have used gear before. I'm 5'10" and 165lbs. I stopped workin out for about 6 months, being lazy, and i lost 15lbs from not workin out. Now I'm gettin back into it and have the oppertunity to get either or both. Thanks in advanced
