Do the GNC tabs have any effect on the body at all or is it basically marketing bullshit to highschoolers?

can't take Gh in tablet form. it has to be injected. you either have Gh potentiator(s) (secretatogues - essentially anything that potentiates. duh, certain foods do that) which is the only thing out OTC or a placebo (does it taste like sugar?). Some people take GABA & herbal l-dopa (muriens purens) & l-arginine. you're probably better off taking those but only slightly better.
