ground beef...

i really like eating 90%-93% lean ground beef. how much is too much per day...i probably eat 1 - 1.5lbs ever two days...ALOT of my protien comes from ground beef. i also drink next nutrition protien, i get about 75-150grams of protien a day. any suggestions?? is this good? bad?
 
amounts are fine (I eat between 1-2lbs when I dont get sick of it) it all depends on your individual protein requirements - thats also pertains to you protein shake(s) as well...

Nah, you're ok....it's a great source of protein....I get the 97% when I can and it's about 4.5g of fat for 4oz......so, your cut probably has double that amount......are you getting fat? Then don't sweat it......much better to cut out the other junk that MIGHT be in your diet, i.e.. butter, candy, etc.....
