Gripper Question

Where is the stationary side of the gripper supposed to rest? I usually put it on the heel of my hand, is this right?

What kind do you have and how much force is required to close it?

Take your thumb and touch your pinky with your thumb, see the pocket it makes..... I rest mine about there. Seems high but it works for me.

I prefer my gripper to rest where Parabellum suggests.

you will get better leverge that way......but its a personal thing
