damnn son you got like an armory at your garage

i love that 4" pipe, that thing just radiates torture

b where did you get those farmers handles? I'm looking at the ironmind ones but theyre hella expensive.

great collection :)

B .. if you dont mind, how wide are the pinch blocks? I'm going to make myself a couple, wasn't sure how wide to make em, I was thinking maybe a 2" and 4" ??

all of those bring about a mixture of fun and torture.

the 4inch is no joke though......... especially when you dont have the longest fingers in the world......

how do you use the pinch grip blocks ????

you hook the weight on the clip...... then just hold the blocks for time.

just attach weight w/a loading pin or as i do run a bungee cord thru the hoop and thru a plate and hold on as long as you can w/one hand.

leatherface: they are 2 x 4's nailed together 2,3, and i think he has a 4 board also....so they would be 4",6" etc...

Hey, this looks just like my Xmas list.:)

For my softball, I have an eye hook at the bottom and I hook the loading pin onto that, but I like yours, it looks solid.

Your rolling hercules handles are just cable handles...that's an outstanding idea. I never even thought of that:confused:

My thickest bar is(I think) 3.5". How much have you pulled with your 4"?

Tweakle, do you mind me asking where you live?

Why, are you tracking me down for that Karma you gave me that I didn't return? It's in the post honest.

I've lived in the US for years (NC and OK) but I just moved back home to the UK. Which is nice.

nah lol, I just had a stupid thought that if we lived close we could go halves on some farmers handles or something.

Someone mentioned rolling thunder, I'm going to purchase on of those within the next year probably. Looks to be a great piece of equipment.

But you want to see some cool shit?

Here

This website has so much great gear, dozens of custom bars, including log press bars, trap bars, cambered bars, and many more. They also have some very unique pieces of equipment.

Those are some cool toys. :)

I have to find something to help rebuild my grip strength. I had carpel tunnel surgery on both wrists several years ago, and my grip strength hasn't been the same. :(

Not really sure. I had an old one but gave it to a friend and this one is a little thicker and a lot heavier than my old one.

The softball would probably be great. Really improves the thumb and finger tip strength and isn't very rough on the tendons in the hands and forearms...

You could always do timed holds with the CoC grippers. Figure out how long you have to hold the bar on a deadlift from floor to lockout...add about 5 seconds...and do timed holds with the gripper. You don't have to have it fully closed either...just hold it as far as you can in your fingers for times.

I think CoC work is EXCELLENT for helping all types of grip. My grip used to be HORRIBLE... through a lot of heavy farmers and CoCs... it is working its way to respectablility.

Now I jsut need to get the #3 :)

The grippers are good and they have so many uses...and you can take them practically anywhere.
