Grilling Fish

Swordfish?

How about Halibut?

If your diet isn't strict and you don't mind the oven you can do a rice flour, egg, panko crumb dip and put the fillet on a preheated sheet and bake them - comes out crunchy like your fried them.

Seabass is good too.

I think if you grill the fish whole you can widen your variety.

I just bought some red snapper. I think I will try swordfish next halibut is hard to find around here. What type of taste does swordfish have?

MMMmm snapper - good choice.

Swordfish is very dense like red meat, tastes like a very mild tuna (think canned) you can push into the direction of whatever you choose to season or marinate it with (soy/ginger is my fav).

Swordfish is one of my favorites; it's thick and meaty with great flavor. Just season it with a little salt, pepper, and some lemon zest before throwing it on the grill and you're good to go. Another good one is mahi-mahi.
