I each this almost everyday.. is there anything bad with it?

Grilled chicken, the salad, croutons, dressing. Any of these i should watch out for?

Depends on what kind of diet you're on. For a CKD, it's fine without the croutons. However, on a more traditional diet, ceasar dressing is extremely high in saturated fat, plus that of all that cheese people usually add.

What I've been doing lately is preparing something similar, but not quite so rich:

Green leaf lettuce
Tomato
Italian dressing
grilled chicken
A little parmesan cheese

Makes for a good evening meal.

how much in quantity do you make in regards to that salad. Because I know that when I eat salad, it fills me up intially, but after a couple of hours, Im starvin again?

A half head of lettuce? Whole head? Or do you just kinda wing it day to day?

Reason Im asking is Im am getting back on the cutting "wagon". Spent some time off and I am looking for a staple evening meal. Thanks.

the dressing is made of hydrogenated oils. not good at all. same with the coutons are loaded with the same kinds of bad fats and the cheese you put on a cesear salad has alot of saturated fats

sorry just being anal

I make what I think is a healthy one:
Romaine Lettuce
Black Olives
Homemade greek dressing - feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, tiny bit of milk, balsamic vinegar, and greek seasonings.
One roma tomato
and a chicken breast cooked using greek seasoning and cut up and put on top.
