Disgruntled worker came into my workplace about 10 years ago and shot the place up. We jumped him and took away the gun. Not all Canadians are pussies.

LOL, actually he was a dual citizen, Israeli and American, but he was a professor at VT. When the shooter came to his classroom, Liviu barred the door with his body so his students could escape through the window. The shooter put 5 shots through the door and Librescu. He was a holocaust survivor from a labor camp in Transnistria who gave his own life to protect those of his students.

this was in alberta too, I think it happened near red deer been hearing about it alot on the radio's on my drive home.

I think we all just need to reflect on what happened and be concerned for the well being of the man who did this act. We know nothing of his background. He may have been abused as a child, he could be an immigrant struggling with being in an oppressive nation, he could just be a lost soul looking for love.

Or he could have been hungry:
