i read an article where that guy admitted to injecting his arms with synth just to see if he could max his arms to the world's biggest bi's..looks pretty disgusting to me.. also, there IS a procedure where doctors can inject Silicone directly into the muscle. It's pretty painful and fairly new..it's not a sac, it's actual liquid..but it eventually dissolves...hate to wonder where and what that synth/silicone is going and doing..

oh well..an idiot is born everyday..
