I wont be running this until December, yet I always like to plan everything in advance. I am currently 5'3'' and 201# but still gaining as im on my bulking cycle as we speak. I plan to begin cutting for springtime for a show. Here is my rough plan...please critique as you see fit. Thanks in advance for the opinions!

wks 1-10 test 400-500mg/week (not sure which one, maybe try something different this time instead of sustenon...any opinions?)
wks 1-10 eq 400mg/week
wks 1-10 tren 75mg/eod
wks 1-10 winny 50mg/eod
wks 1-end of cycle l-dex .5mg/eod
year round HGH 4 ius daily, 5 on, 2 off
t3 25mcg. daily

Also, would yall recommend i continue my slin on this cutting cycle and if so, how would you recommend it. Karma for good information!

when is the show? only reason i say that is because of if its a tested show that eq might be a problem as it takes a couple months to clear the system.

otherwise it looks pretty solid
 
I would use test prop for the test. I wouldnt use insulin for dieting. If your carbs are to low you it could get a little dangerous. Insulin always made me get a little fat if the carbs werent perfect. To much to worry about.
 
Thanks bro, the show is nontest...NPC. However, how would you run the test prop. and what brand would you recommend? I was thinking QV but i dont really know a good human grade one? Thanks man...your karma will becoming soon!
 
Currently dieting for a show now, bro.
I am a little over five weeks out. I'm using the QV prop at 300mg's week, MWF, with 75mg Fina included in each injection. I'm also doing 50 mg's Winny EOD and 4 IUs GH/ED. Femara has helped a lot in keeping off water weight, 1 pill/EOD.
You might want to use cyp or enanth for the first 4 weeks then switch over to prop for the last 6 weeks. I think QV is great, I have no complaints. I'm also taking cytomel now 25mcg/day. This makes a huge difference in the fat burning process.

What does your macronutrient ratio look like right now? and cardio scheme as well?
 
I'm currently eating approximately 350-400g protein daily, with about 150-170g Carbs (usual suspects oatmeal, br. rice , and yams) and my fa intake is 30-45g day from Flax and Natty Peanut Butter. Now that I'm 5 weeks out I will drop the carbs to about 100g/ day to see if that worksto speed up th fat loss.
 
I'm currently 7 weeks out from my show. What I usually do is wait till 6 weeks out to start the cutting shit like prop., V, eq, etc. Usually before that i use sust, cyp, or enat. truthfully i think running all that cutting stuff for 10 weeks is just too long. but thats my opinion, everyone is different.
As for diet it varies, like today is my high day 250g of carbs, and also i get a cheat meal. but the next 3 days after this will be 25g of carbs. i have to lose 25lbs to make weight. so it gonna be rough for me. im currently running 500mgs sust a week 30mgs dbol ed, 2 cyto, 4 clen.
Next week everything changes start the V, prop., masteron, fina, and some halotestin and maybe bump my cyto up to 3. not doin much cuz funds are kind of low.
