Mac... I know I'm a noob when it comes to this stuff so I'll ask... what is "green dot" ?

TIA

S
It's a card that you can buy at drugstores and add money to it to pay for things that require confidentiality. Alot cheaper and easier than WU.

Thanks bud.

It is a really easy way to transfer money. Basically your are putting money on someone else's card when you use it. Very convenient!

The person you are sending money to has the Green Dot card......you buy the refill pack for X amount of dollars (where X is the purchase price.....) plus a 4.95 refill fee

You e-mail the refill pack # to the source and voila.....money transfer for 4.95....anywhere....anytime....very safe for the purchaser

GreenDot is simple.

(The dollar amounts are used for examples only)

You go to your nearest Walgreens,
RiteAid or RadioShack (There are more places that you can find on
GreenDotonline.com). If you have $100 order, You go to the clerk and tell them you want to buy a money pack reload for $108 (order + $8 for Shipping). The Money Pack will cost you $4.95 so the total cost of the money pack reload is $112.95.

You do not have to have a GreenDot debit card. All you need is the money pack reload. The clerk can show you to the display where the money packs reloads are, you take one of the cardboard money pack reload products off the display hook and take it to the register.

Tell them you want to put $108 on it, they will charge you $112.95.

You pay them and they give you the cardboard reload display product
with the reload number on it and a reciept.

You send the seller the number in an email with your complete order and the
address you want it sent to.

The seller does the rest and everyone is happy.
