If this is to use as part of a recipe just go with all natural plain low to no fat yogurt. I like to cook alot of indian food and alot of their recipes ask for the meat to be marinaded in yogurt so I just use all natural non fat yogurt and it does the trick.

I've heard you can make it yourself with a cheesecloth/coffee filters.
