Well its a 3 in one. Its pretty much just liquid soap but 10x better than that shit you buy in the stores. It has these walnut extracts in it which when you rub it on your skin it works with the acids to remove all the dead skin on your face. Next the benzyme will be able to get deep down into the acne and pores because you just got all the dead skin off of them (which IMO is why regular acne medicine doesn't work, theres too much dead skin and it can't reach the core acne). Third it has a skin softener in it so your skin looks and feels smooth and not dried out. The first week or so you use it you will have white flakes on your face, but this is just dead skin that didn't come off completly. After the first week all the dead skin should be removed and you won't get the flakes anymore. It takes 1 day to get rid of any of the pimples thats there one day and gone the next, about 1-2 weeks to get rid of the light red acne spots and mild pimples, 1 month to get rid of the dark red acne spots, big pimples, and bumbs. Don't get me wrong, you will still get a pimple here and there - most likely where ever you had bad acne - but it will clear your face up ALOT. I mean I had alot of acne, now I only have a little reddness where I had the most acne on my face. It cleared up my back also, but I had to use a scrubber for my back since the skin is thicker on the back than on the face.
