I recently bought the march 2007 issue of MuscleMag magazine and it has a nearly 70 page expose of arnold talkin about his training and everything. They break it up into sections of each main bodypart:Motivation, chest, back ,delts, arms, legs, abs. GREAT article and i HIGHLY recommend it. I followed some things he did in the gym back in the day and im soo damn sore. just thought id share that with you guys
