Great site....Question for pros

All,

Critique my workout and meal plan....with or without gear..

stats-
height - 5 10
weight - 220
experience - played college football in early 90's juiced heavily...and reaped the awards...but also had shoulder problems for several years after words...now I still have some muscle but no where near my prime. In early nineties I was 230 with 8 % body fat...times have changed ....sources dried up...you know the story....I havent lifted for over 2 years...I'm probably around 17% bodyfat....

8 AM - 2 peanut butter sandwiches weat bread natural peanut butter ingrediants only peanuts... 1 cup of non fat milk.

11 AM - Chicken breast sandwich from Burger King

3 PM - Myoplex

6 PM - Chicken Breast with rice and vegetables

9 PM - workout

10 PM - Myoplex

12 PM - 2 cups of non fat milk

Workout

M- Chest
T- Back
W- Arms
Th - Shoulders
F - legs
Sa - off
Su - Chest
M - Back
etc....

Any suggestions or problems that stick out....
The reason I am posting this on the anabolic board is because I believe we take more risk and have alot more understanding of the sport.....

My goal is to get back the muscle I had and also continue growing and at the same time lose some fat..

I guess your right about the removing the shakes and replacing them with food..however with no cardio will i get fat??
 
get more food in that diet and get rid of the burger king. myoplex is carb loaded so you might wanna try something lighter, but protein rich

at 5'10 220 you aint small... if your bent on that workout plan add cardio 4 days a week.
