I just measured my biceps and i have grown a 1/2 inch in each bicep!!!!!!!!

i am now 12" R 11.5" L

and i also caught a glimpse of myself in the mirror today (musta been great lighting) where i saw my centre line and oblique lines in my abs....and i saw some of Phems freaky shoulder stuff too!

You go Triple V....... I was talking to my husband earlier, and telling him how much I love the stuff you and I are taking..... it has been so good to me. Just love the strength and gains I have gotten with it. Keep Pumping hard .

Great.....I have been biting the 50 mg in half......and just taking that half one a day.

That of course has then extended my cycle length.....which is fine.

Still trying to plan another cycle for this fall/winter time. Dont know yet what alley I will venture too
