calveless wonder New member Apr 27, 2004 #2 and the food stays good in the fridge for all that time? or do you freeze some of it? i been cooking 3 times a week and the food seems to be fresh...but i'd like to cut it down if possible, without really diminishing the quality of food

I pretty much buy it on Sunday and cook it all. chicken, broccoli, turkey. if I had time I would probably cook 2x a week, but I don't.
