O OMEGA New member Feb 1, 2008 #3 Hi I respect the WORK ETHIC, Intelligence of stress applied for an effect vs just lifting heavy weights Because it appears cool. Yates had serious injuries and it forced him to reevaluate the training and then refine it.

S Sub-Zero High End Bro Platinum Feb 1, 2008 #4 i love it. iv actually been going a little TOO slow, and holding it for peak contraction a bit too long in some excersises. but iv been makign sure i am flexed, and peakly contracted on each rep!. i guess ill speed it up a lil bit!

O OMEGA New member Feb 1, 2008 #7 I would say his THIRD SET on triceps Press downs (First exercise) is what we should all Strive for on sets 4 and 5 Set 2 is pretty much what sets 1--3 should look like as you pyramid in weight
