Hey guys here is a great way to get your weight up on refeed day cleaner by cheating on your diet while enjoying your food for the day
REMEMBER NO FATS
m1 start with pancakes (1 egg 2 eggwhites) and semi skilled milk have 5-6 maple syrup is fine
m2 Either Fuesli pasta/ Pitta/ wholeweat bread/ bagels/ with 200g of chicen maybe with some salso zero fat
m3 Blueberry muffin mix
10 egg whites 80g of oats 50g bluberries 1tbs of cinnamon 2 tbs of canderal, stick it in the blender then pour into a fryin pan and stick under the grill for 5 mins, then take it out and put on a ring to make sure the underneath is cooked. this shit tastes like bluberry muffins, you cant even taste the eggs
protein 30g carbs 60g fat 0g

m4 chcien and brown rice then meal 5 go back into your keto diet !
