Great conversations?

Have you ever out of the blue had a really great and deep conversation with someone you didn't think was capable of doing so? The other night I had my first ever real conversation with a friend of mine and it was pretty cool. Just started talking asked a couple of normal questions and bam intellectual talk occurred.

I just got done eating so the brain is working about as well as it ever does, as for the having sex part I am no longer familiar with that word.

I'm too smart for the people I associate with. The smart people that I do know, mostly from work, are all square ass engineers, so puns and sarcasm are not taken the right way, I may only speak in facts with them.

My Mom is 77 years young, and though she is Intelligent and was an RN for 30+
years, she is fairly sheltered in the ways of the world..

Occasionally I'll have lunch with her and we will get on some deep Phylisophical(sp?)
topic and it gets pretty deep.

i have deep conversations with people all the time. It is kind of my way of communicating, I seriously probably have about as many deep conversations as I do regular conversations, when I am talking with my friends.

I do pretty frequently with this one person. He and I can talk about everything whether it is casual, everday stuff or deep and thought-out. What's sad is he can actually read me better than I like to admit. It's nice to have that kind of conversation though.

I have a friend who I don't even talk to very frequently, but a few years ago I called and we ended up having a talk that went until almost 5am that helped me sort out exactly what I wanted in life. Those kinds of talks dont' happen often!

Interesting topics, those are the ones I try hard to avoid having with people since onften times feeling get hurt(not mine).
