here's the problem: im trying to consume 3 protein drinks a day (40g. whey + 10g milk protein= 50g.) 1 is ok. 2= bad gas, but fun to fuck with co-workers (deep down they find it funny). 3= gravel through through a goose. runnin for the can. sometimes this happens on #2. i eat as much as i can. mostly protein (tuna, peanut butter, etc..) i feel like i am losing the protein. is this true? if so, what should i do to get my body to absorb the protein i need?
