Ok lets see, I weigh more then I have ever weighed in my life (23yrs old). I look better then I did when I did a REAL cycle on my own with no EF wisdom behind me. I am stronger then I have ever been in my life with all new PR's on all lifts around the board. I know more about my body, diet, where supplements fit in and etc all thanks to the boys and girls around here @ EF.
Tat for her wisdom on diet, Needtoo for the same and a great many other things (can't wait for the book man).
Omega for friggin lipostack and for being very helpful
PP for being a cool bro all around, and also making a killer set of supps that make me feel like whoa good.
Swole for a random plat hookup which allowed me to search and read all the threads i've read in the last 7 days by all you.
I could go on and on, but you guys rock. Love what your doing here, I will also try and give back. LOVE the filtering of sponsers & products that get promoted, everything i've tried (and i've tried most of it) has lived up to its hype and then some (big blast on the way & haven't tried donnie's stuff yet).
If anyone lives in the greater ATL area and like needs help moving or sum shieyt lemme know :\ Least I can do for what i've taken.
