not so good

grapes are rich in sugar (fructose)
 
Yep...high in sugar...if ya need to have them id suggest count them as part of your post workout carbs...although the fructose is not as fast digesting as dextrose, it would do the least harm right after your workout
 
grapes are OK only if you take creatine
